KT82

82 miles of trail. 6 people. 95 degree heat. Still fun.

The Start. 5:45 AM

Yes, you saw that right; it's Jason. Running. At 5:45AM.

Yay, Joc!!

Joc to Jason M.
 (Jason M to me.)
(me to Joe)

Joe to Michelle.

And do it all again. Twice!

We did finish, but I don't have any pictures of it. I was tired. We all were.
It was hot.

Fall sports. Let the madness continue.

First Cross Country meet. 09.03.15

She was a hot one!

Team did great; girls did well too!  Charlotte came in 8th for 3-4th graders and Berkley came in 6th for 5-6 graders.

First Soccer game. 08.29.15

Charlotte scored a couple times for her team, and actually Hazel scored too!
Weird they both happened to be the same color again this year.

First Day of School - August 12 (& 13)

Berkley and Charlotte started on August 12.
Berkley, 6th grade. Charlotte, 3rd.

Berkley with Mrs. Riemenschneider and Charlotte with Mrs. Kuhlmann

Hazel started on August 13th. She was excited.

And back with Mrs. Hoehner for her last year of preschool.

Other summer sports

Hazel decided one morning that she wanted to start running. So she did. Lots.

And the competitor in Charlotte followed suit.

Charlotte also tried softball this summer and really loved it.

And since this blog is just for family and a few friends:

I did a few triathlons. This first one was an Olympic one out at Innsbrook. It had a really hilly dirt road run, but it was fun.

This next one was the Lake St. Louis oly. It was canceled 5 miles into the bike because of low lightening and torrential downpours.

This last one was just a local sprint length tri. I came in second.

Summer Swim Team

Hazel manages to keep herself busy with swim team friends. Next year she could be swimming!

Building forts and playing cards

Meanwhile, her sisters swim and swim and swim.

Below are pictures from the All-County meet at the end of the summer.

They both swam really well. Charlotte even came in 1st in the whole county for 7-8 year old 25 backstroke!
